- Passport size photos (10 photos)
- Birth Certificate Copy
- Copy of 12 th mark sheet
- Certificate of Eligibility from National Eligibility cum Entrance Test
(NEXT exam result & mark sheet) - Medical Certificate that should be issued by MBBS or MD, clearly stating that the student is free from all kinds of communicable disease, chronic issues, mentally fit and with no physical issues to carry out his education abroad.
- A Special Power of Attorney must be given to us to carry out the process of admission.
